National Metal serves a wide variety of companies-different sizes, different locations and different industries. Our size and flexibility allows us to work with small job shops as well as large firms manufacturing on a scheduled basis. In many cases we operate under the quick turn-around needs of just-in-time (JIT) inventory situations and scheduling by EDI.

National can also provide Turn-Key Procurement of parts---we will purchase from your part supplier
(die caster, metal stamper, forger), finish to your specifications and ship to your needs.

With over 10,000 square feet of on-site warehouse space and even more at a nearby location, storage is available for even peak customer output levels. National’s truck frequently travels to many northeast locations to ensure rapid pickup and delivery.

Our plating lines have been designed to meet high volume production needs. National operates 14 foot wide tanks for steel, brass or zinc die castings that allow us to plate large individual parts or thousands of smaller pieces at one time to be cost effective. The automated line for plating aluminum parts has a process cycle of about four minutes, allowing very high output. National Metal is set up to provide fast delivery of quality parts at economical prices.
